- Pastuerizing the substrate: 3/4 tub of chopped straw 2lt of fuel pellets and 2lt of mixed wood chips covered with water and heated to 145F-185F for 1 hour

- Inoculation: Layers of King Oyster Spawn between layers of substrate

- Mycelium Running: After only a couple of days Mycelia are jumping off onto the substrate.
